Started with half a dozen knives and an old bicycle, Knifewear opened its first shop in Calgary in 2007. Born from a love of sharp steel and good food, Knifewear imports the best handcrafted Japanese kitchen knives along with cookware from across Canada and the world. Japanese knives are functional art pieces.
