Meet Anthony and Julien, the team behind the array of delightful Brioche and Pastries at La French Taste. This new enterprise was born out of the covid lockdown when the couple found themselves at home with time on their hands. Anthony was trained as a cook and pastry chef in Metz, France and worked at Paris’ famous La Duree. After moving to Canada in 2018 they took jobs unrelated to baking, but with the opportunity to refine their creations and refocus their energies they decided to follow their dream. In November of last year, they started selling a wide variety French style delicacies. Using all natural pure ingredients sourced locally, they rise early and bake fresh every market day. Their business plan involves engaging customers and using the feedback they receive to shape the product line of La French Taste. Custom orders and catering enquiries are welcome.
