One of the future goals for Mindful Healing Health & Wellness is to offer Reiki Services as well. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

Rick’s passion for crystals and energy healing has also taken him down the path of creating crystal jewelry. All the jewelry is hand made and designed by Rick himself.

Rick also had combined his love for Skulls and crystals and makes Skull Planters using Fake Trees/Flowers, crystals and moss for home decor and a very various other home decor pieces.

Rick is from Edmonton and also has a passion for Comic books and Tattoos. Those two passions have landed him a Guinness World Record for the Most Marvel Characters Tattooed on the body. You can find Rick in the 2020 and 2024 Guinness Books.
