Laura and her hubby Randy are the masterminds behind Range Road Garden Farms. They’re both hydroponic farmers who grow an ever-increasing variety of herbs, microgreens, as well as tomatoes and strawberries out at their farm in Nisku. Laura grew up a farmers’ daughter in Nova Scotia, so farming is part of her DNA. Meanwhile Randy is the brawn behind their operation, and he’s currently designing a high-tech controlled environment system for their farm! Taking inspiration from their time living in Europe and their love for food, they decided to create an extensive line of unique charcuterie jams. All their jams are made with fresh AB and BC fruits, except for figs, and citrus. Each flavour is created to compliment different cheese and meat pairings. A few of their fan favourites are Black Gold, Raspberry Heat, Nana’s Apple Pie and Strawberry Mimosa!
