Oi started Siam Orchid as a sister vendor to BKK Streetfood. Her specialty lies in making flavourful Thai soups, papaya salad, and various kinds of curries. Oi makes small batches of curries weekly and takes care and attention to her food in order to the perfect balance of flavours. She wants to show how good Thai food can be when made the right way!

Siam Orchid's most popular dishes to take home are Massaman beef curry, yellow curry, and tom yum soup!
