Participation is encouraged for the little ones!

We’re inviting kids of all ages to get involved and try some basic movements under the guidance of the Capital City Gymnastics coaches. This is a fun, safe, and engaging way for children to experience the excitement of movement and tumbling.

For the safety and comfort of all participants, all children who wish to join the interactive elements of the demonstration must be wearing socks.
